Subscription and Cancellation Policy

When purchasing from the Thicair website, you may choose between a one-time purchase or our Subscription plan. With the Subscription plan, the payment method you provide at checkout will be automatically charged on a recurring basis every 30 days, until you cancel. This allows you to conveniently replenish your Thicair supply without interruption.

We reserve the right to adjust subscription prices with a minimum of 30 days' advance notice, which will be communicated to active subscribers via email.

If you are enrolled in the Subscription plan at the time of your initial order and have provided a valid payment method, each future payment will be automatically processed prior to each shipment based on your selected delivery schedule. Charges will be applied to the same payment method used during enrollment, unless updated.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team at support@thicair.com. Please ensure cancellations are made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming shipment.

If your payment method fails for a scheduled subscription renewal, we may attempt to process the payment periodically for up to 30 days. We may also reach out to you via the contact information you provided to update your payment details. If your payment remains unsuccessful or if your account becomes delinquent, we reserve the right to cancel your subscription and may pursue collection of the outstanding amount, including legal and administrative costs as applicable.

By enrolling in the Thicair Subscription plan, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
